There are 4 Different types of Master Key System and Ashford Security we take the customer requirement into account when designing and building a Master Key System. Below are 4 diagrams to illistrate the different master key systems.
Keyed Differently This Diagram display a Master Key System with the locks each with a separate key
Master Keyed This Diagram Displays a Master Key System with 1 Grand Master which is able to fit every lock and then the 4 Servant Keys only able to operate 1 lock
Keyed Alike This Diagram displays that all the locks are Keyed Alike and able to be operated with just one key
Grand Master Keyed System This Diagram Displays a Grand Master Keyed System. The Grand Master Key will operate every lock; the 2 Sub Master Keys will only operate the locks below them in the chart. But each servant key will only operate the individual lock it is assigned to.
